ESILENT
VISUAL THEATRE SHOW.
Three
musicians from a bankrupt orchestra in the East venture into the heart
of the underground to play and earn some money. Probably, from a bankrupt
or breakaway orchestra from the East. And they play their music for
a special audience. Depending on the station or the moment, they will
play for one person or for a crowd. A demanding public but not precisely
cultural. Where are the past glories...?
Here, Bach, Grieg or even the very Smetana are not really recommended.
Perhaps something more popular or, perhaps, not even that. It's a question
of adapting to the audience. With hunger gripping and intellects sharpening,
no art is minor if the artist is great. Applause is unimportant, only
the hat that will save us for one more day matters.
Meanwhile, trains pass by, people wait on the platforms, the artists
demand attention and everything resembles a subterranean comedy.
Our characters have to do anything in their quest for a euro; they will
confront empty trains and full trains, with a suggestive resounding
space created by Fran Lasuen and some scenes constantly impregnated
with humour, irony and a certain caustic element. .
